Niall McDonnell hit an unbeaten half-century to lead Brigade to a relatively comfortable six-wicket win over Coleraine at Beechgrove.
Playing against one of his former clubs, McDonnell made the Bannsiders pay after he was dropped at first slip off the impressive Graham Hume.
He hadn't scored at the stage but hit 8 fours and 1 six in an unbeaten 64 from 71 balls, sharing partnerships of 45 with Gareth McKeegan (27) and 52 with Iftikhar Hissain (19).
South African professional Hume was the stand-out performer with the ball, taking 3 for 19 and also having three chances missed off his bowling.
The win takes Brigade into second place in the Premiership table, behind leaders Bready who have maximum points from their two games.
The one outstanding Premier fixture between Strabane and Ardmore will be played on Sunday at Strabane Park.
Brigade (23) beat Coleraine (2) by 6 wickets.
