Cork County open their defence of the Munster Senior Cup with an away trip to local city rivals Cork Harlequins. The 2017 League and Cup champions eased through the rounds last time out and are the favourites to list the trophy this year. The winners facing a short jump to Midleton in the Semi Finals. On the other side of the draw, the 2017 runners up, Limerick travel to Galway which is the tie of the round. The Shannonsiders have come closest to Cork County in recent years and will be hoping to take an extra step this year. The winners have a home fixture against Co. Kerry in the Semi Final.

The Junior Cup sees holders, Cork Harlequins looking for a hattrick of wins and open their account with a home tie against Tipperary. The winners will have a home draw against Cork County in the semi-final. Midleton and Limerick face each other in the second quarter final. Limerick have been runners up to Quins for the past two years and as like their Seniorís will be spurred on to make up for last yearís final defeat. The winners travel to Co. Kerry in the semi final.

The Minor cup is as open as it was last year with U.C.C. vs Waterford and District being the tie of the first round. The winners will face Lismore at home in the Quarter Finals. On the other side of the draw Cork Harlequins will face Tipperary and have a home Quarter final against Midleton. Co. Kerry must overcome local rivals North Kerry at the Oyster Oval to book their semi-final place. Ground bragging rights are at stake here and Cork County take on, Cup holders, Limerick in the remaining Quarter Final.
