Saturday's match at Grainville will be an opportunity for revenge as last year Guernsey ran out 5 wicket winners on home soil.
That was their first win for four years and the last meeting between the sides earlier this year in WCL5 saw Jersey comfortable winners by 7 wickets chase a modest 149.
While Jersey are without the services of Cornelis Bodenstein, Nat Watkins and Corey Bisson they are boosted by the return of Jonty Jenner, who has been spending time with Sussex.
Harrison Carlyon, the Island's Under 15 captain (right), is named in the senior squad for the first time.
Jersey coach Neil MacRea is quoted as saying: "We recognise that Harrison is an outstanding young player and he will come through to be a major player for Jersey at some point in the next 12 to 18 months," "He's had an outstanding under 15's season and an outstanding season for Farmers, so he deserves a place in the squad."
With the prospect of selection for a WCL4 tournament in Los Angeles in October all will be out to press their claims.
Saturday's match versus Guernsey gets under way at 11.00 at Grainville - entry is free with food and refreshments available all day and £100 prize for a 'first catch in the crowd'.
Jersey squad: Peter Gough (capt), Harrison Carlyon, Jake Dunford, Nick Ferraby, Luke Gallichan, Will Harris, Anthony Hawkins-Kay, Jonty Jenner, Ben Kynman, Rob McBey, Rhys Palmer, Charles Perchard, Ben Stevens.
