Day two in La Manga saw wins for the Isle of Man, Italy, Spain and Cyprus.

The story of the day was again the ridiculous amount of wides given away by the bowlers. In Cyprus' innings against Gibraltar, the bowlers sent down 79 runs in wides as Cyprus reached 172/8 from their 35 overs. The Cypriot bowlers only sent down 63 in wides, but fortunately for Cyprus, one of their own players was also capable of scoring runs, with George Papaonisiforou scoring 58 to lead Cyprus to a six wicket win.

Belgium chose to bat against Spain, and scored 146/7 from 35 overs, 58 of them in wides from the Spanish bowlers. Belgium then spread the bowling around, using nine bowlers in all, but still gave 49 runs in wides, also bowling ten no-balls, and not taking enough wickets as Spain picked up a seven wicket win, chasing the target down in the 34th over.

Italy made the highest score of the day, racking up 269/7 from their overs. Abdur Bhuiyan top-scoring with 92, helped by 69 wides. They then bowled 71 wides of their own, but did restrict the flow of runs from the bat, and won by 105 runs.

The Isle of Man had the easiest win of the day. Whilst they did send down 49 runs in wides against France, 4/20 from Sam Walker helped restrict them to 92. The Manxmen then knocked off the runs inside 24 overs, winning by seven wickets.
