After day two of the North-West Africa Championship, Mali and Sierra Leone are eliminated, with another heavy defeat for Mali.
After their heavy defeat to hosts Gambia yesterday, Mali would have been hoping for a much better performance today against Morocco. It wasn't to be however as they were bowled out for just 41, Ennaoui taking four wickets. Morocco then knocked off the runs without losing a wicket.
Ghana batted first in their match against Sierra Leone, and were led to their total of 208 by an innings of 79 from Samson. Kamara took four wickets for Sierra Leone. Obed then took five wickets to bowl out Sierra Leone for 140, Ghana winning by 68 runs.
Ghana are playing Nigeria today and Gambia play Morocco to decide who meets who in the semi-finals. Tuesday will be a rest day, before Wednesday's semi-final and Thursday's final.
