Bermuda name squad for African trip
Bermuda's squad for the trip to Kenya and South Africa has been named. Perhaps the most notable absentee is fast bowler George O'Brien junior. There have been concerns that O'Brien has not been losing the weight he needs to, and that his work-rate is not what it perhaps should be.
The most notable newcomer to the side is, of course, Glamorgan captain David Hemp, who is set to make his debut in the Intercontinental Cup game against Kenya in Nairobi. He will provide a useful backbone for the Bermudian batting line-up.
The full squad is as follows:
Clay Smith (Intercontinental Cup captain)
Irving Romaine (ODI captain)
Gus Logie (coach)
Herbie Bascome (assistant coach)
Lionel Tannock (manager)
Craig Brown (physio)
