Vital win for Malahide
Malahide need to win one of their last two games if they are to overtake Dublin University and take the promotion/relegation play-off slot. With no relegation the pressure is off the bottom clubs, otherwise it would have been a very tense and dramatic end to the season.

U15s fighting hard versus West Indies
West Indies are 106 for 3 after 21 overs.

Thinking about going to the U19 World Cup in New Zealand and I've had a look at Google Maps!
Whangerai not exactly the 'go to' destination in the country. Pity the ICC didn't consider putting us near some of the Irish hot-spots.
But maybe they know what they're doing. Maybe Whangerai is full of Sri Lankans, Pakistanis and Afghans and they'll get a big turnout at the games.
Any Cricket Ireland plans for supporters travel?

Great to see Cricket Ireland representatives at the U11 interpros in Ringcommons. Oh wait, they weren't there at all. Ireland U15 recover to post 186 versus West Indies
Runs from Tector, Thompson and Doak put Ireland back in the game.

From a precarious 68/5 off the first 20 overs Ireland added a further 118 in their second 20 to finish 186/9 in the 40 over clash at Merchant Taylor's School.

The 12 a-side 11 batting/fielding format helped Ireland to a defendable total - let's hope the bowlers can do the job and allow Ireland to claim a memorable victory.

NWCU v NCU faces a delay at Glendermott as rain returns.

With drying and mopping up complete there were hopes of there being only a short delay to the final vital match in the U11 Interprovincial Tournament.

U15s in trouble after confident start
Ireland 106/7 at 25 overs half way stage.

After the early loss of Olly Metcalfe who mistimed a pull to be caught and bowled Archie Johnston and Kyle Magee combined well to take the Irish lads to 41/1 off the first 10 overs.

But no one could play a substantial innings and wickets fell regularly. The YMCA pairing of Mitchell Thompson and Tim Tector are at the wicket and with the game being 12-a-side with 11 to bat/field there should be enough left to raise the score further.
