Scotland have confirmed fixtures against hosts UAE and Ireland in a tri-series next month.
The fixtures have been arranged to give all three countries essential game time ahead of the World Cup Qualifiers next March in Zimbabwe.
There's a first call-up to the senior ranks for both Michael Jones and Tom Sole.
Jones turned in impressive performances for both Scotland A and Durham's second string scoring centuries, while Sole has shown glimpses of his undoubted potential with Northants.
Forfarshire seamer Scott Cameron (pictured) is also included in the 14-man squad, the 21 year old having debuted against the MCC earlier this year.
Scotland will play two ODI's against Ireland on January 16 and 18, followed by two more against the hosts on January 21 and 23 - all matches will take place at the ICC Academy ground adjacent to ICC Headquarters in Dubai.
Head Coach Grant Bradburn said in a Cricket Scotland release: We are very grateful to have the opportunity to play this Tri Series in Dubai against two quality sides as an excellent build up to the WC Qualifier.
"Michael Jones, Tom Sole and Scott Cameron will add freshness and youth to the squad. It is excellent to be including new young players who all have outstanding skills to offer and have earned their opportunities through consistent performances in 2017."
Scotland are missing four players who may feature in tjose vital World Cup qualifiers with Dylan Budge in New Zealand, Chris Sole and Brad Wheal are in Barbados wiht Hampshire, while Con de Lange is also in the frame for selection.
