There was double success for NCU clubs in the semi-finals of the U11 and U15 All-Ireland competitions with resounding wins for CSNI and Instonians.

In the U15 competition, Ollie Metcalfe hit 15 fours and 2 sixes in an unbeaten 95 as Instonians made light of a 125 target set by Fox Lodge in their 33-overs perside match at Shaw's Bridge.

Metcalfe made the most of an early reprieve on 2 to unleash a barrage of boundaries as Inst raced to the win in just 11.1 overs.

Earlier Craig Doherty had threatened to wreak similar havoc as he hit 4 fours and 2 sixes in a rapid 32, but Fox Lodge's innings faltered after his dismissal despite the best efforts of Aiden Logue (28) and Adam Boyd (20).

Sam McLarnon bowled superbly to take 4 for 19, while Matthew Peake claimed 2 for 26.

Instonians will now face YMCA in the final at Claremont Road.

CSNI travelled to Sydney Parade and came away with a 7-wicket win over Pembroke.

Harry Dyer was the hero in a superb all-round display by the Stormont side as he took 4 for 11 as Pembroke made 55 all out. There were also two wickets apiece for James West and Pahuja.

The modest total proved no trouble for CSNI with Gray top scoring with 13 , while Hunter and Dyer scored 11 each.

CSNI will now have home advantage against St Johnston in the final.
